The first home that we bought was a model home and already had some designer touches to it, including curtains. It was decorated very nice but not necessarily what I would have picked out in the store. So I'm excited about making those decisions in this home! My favorite color combination is blue and brown, so when I saw this bedding set I just had to get it! Then came the first home project, a headboard. My dad had made one for my sister and for him and Mom. He is so talented! The hardest part was when I had to pick out the fabric. I loved this one because it looks like it is tucked and just adds a touch of elegance. This weekend we brought it to the house and set it up. We, primarily me, loved how it turned out! Thank you Mom and Dad!
